Try retraining the window motor. Press down and keep pushing the switch down for about three seconds after it hits the bottom. Pull and up and keep holding the switch up for about three seconds after it hits the top. Do this three times in a row and the motor will re-learn its top and bottom...

Wait a minute - I have read the owners manual forward and backward (because I do) and didn’t realize there was a backup alarm. I am absolutely loving this! People freaking out and calling this a big problem, freaking out about something that happens 0.01% of drive time and not a safety issue...
