Just to clarify: When the vehicle is locked and a key is in your pocket, by reaching behind either front door handle all the doors will unlock including the tailgate. When the vehicle is locked and a key is in your pocket, approaching the vehicle from the rear and pressing the tailgate release...

To reset the head unit do this: Press and hold the audio on button (located in the center of the volume knob) along with the next track button (the one with the arrow pointing to the right) until the display screen goes dark-then release both buttons. SiriusXM should recover.

After WiFi update: SiriusXM Travel Link still has issues. Tailgate release button will not open when vehicle is locked and key is in pocket at the tailgate.
