I used to do all my own oil changes, but I am a blue tag driver now and its hard for me to crawl under and take care of business.

The last time I was at this shop I had to return and have the skid plate bolts retightened. When I got home I looked under my vehicle and the bolts were not against the plate, just hanging on. So yea, I didn't and I should have gone somewhere else. I wanted to give them another try.

Sorry to hear that. I feel like when you take your vehicle to the company you purchased it from. It should be handled by elite trained professionals.

I have had my 2023 BL for 6 months and braking is so sensitive that when applying the brakes they grab hard. My previous vehicle 2015 Escape braking was smooth. I feel like I'm going to be ejected. I mean barely apply the brakes and your almost thrown forward. Is this normal for the bronco?

The 2.0L Eco Boost has been around longer than you think. I had a 2015 Escape with the 2.0L. I put 122K and never had a problem.
