Thank you, Tim! Noah, as you can see, I'm sure I have the, "sport box" section too small, and with this file, def. too small for my printer to do a good job, the emblem, overall, too small and the thing way too thick. It's hard to know beforehand how things are gonna look/turn out in general...

Thank you, that will help! I set the one I have going now at 7.5 in. and things in the 'box' section are looking small. If 10 in. is not too big, this design should look pretty good and be fairly easy to print.

The 'trashing" was only around $2, so, no biggie at all. I'm printing the blue one right now, so let me see if I can get a pic of it on a Sport tomorrow and we can figure it out together. EDIT TO ADD PICS: This blue is not a 'match' but it looks really good in person!

I'm a fan of the tire foam! The Wife's 2013 CX 5 was the first auto either of us had ever owned that had the 'carpet' liners. I would always hit them with the foam, nice and heavy, at each wash or pressure rinse-off. The vehicle never experiened serious snow or mud build up! I know these...

Thanks, MJbronco! I am having ~ zero luck trying to blend colors to get the Area 51 and Cyber Orange colors closer to correct. I've trashed about a quarter pound of filament and no joy. My proposal: I print one of each with the colors that I have (could get) closest to correct and post up...
