I might give it another go. All I have in my glove box is the owners manual, a pack of baby wipes (they work great when your hands are dirty and you can't find a sink), a cap, and a box cutter for work.

I think you have to take it apart. Mine had some parts stored inside the jack. Good for you for checking early. I didn't look into all that until I had a flat tire 200 miles from home in the rain.

I asked a couple of dealers about the installation price on the site. They all told me they would never install for that quoted amount and they required a minimum of 1 hour. This was on the keypad, not fender flares. I decided to test the waters... I ordered the keypad and hood protector...

Government Interesting they were charging $350 JUST for installation when Ford's Accessory site charges $140 for the Bushwackers and $210 for the Air Design.

I didn't even think of returning it. Could've been I waited several weeks to get around to fitting it in. I did try giving it away to a Maverick owner sitting in a grocery store parking lot. He didn't care about it.

If you plan to put anything kind of bulky in your glove box, it might not work with this. I don't believe it fits with the Ford Owner's Manual cover.
