Yep. The 22 BB lost several standard things that the 21 had. No fog lights, no keypad access thingy on the outside B pillar, no zipper pockets behind the front seats, and no rubberized backs behind the second row.
Intelligent access was supposed to be removed as well as standard. But every 22...

It’s cloth and manual adjustment. So the height adjustment only raises and lowers the rear of the seat. I have it all the way back and all the way down.
In general Ford is significantly more expensive vs the Japanese equivalent. Way more bang for your buck over there. But I wouldn’t care if I was comfortable. It has me seriously looking at selling it. Which is sad since I like the rest of it.
I saw some extenders on Amazon. But they look like a...
Hello everyone. I picked up my 2022 BB a few weeks ago. I want to love it and mostly do. But the seats are killing me. I’m 6’1 and mostly legs. The seats being rounded at the front corners, and not having squarish corners like most seats is rough. But the fact that they are not deep at all is...
Oh wow. I wouldn’t have realized that. Great call!
I was about to say that my 2019 Tucson had poor design with the mirror. The front camera stuff was to big and even with the seat all the way down, I couldn’t get the mirror high enough.
I believe this is them. I have a 2022 also and they aren’t standard anymore on the big bend.

Who said I believed it? Hence the question and post. And just because yours hasn’t had issues with an engine cover, that doesn’t represent all broncos.
The explanation obviously seems strange. But at the same time it’s odd that he wouldn’t just sell me one.
This was the same parts guy who sold...
Doesn’t make sense to me. I wasn’t bugging anyone. I didn’t even get my bronco from that dealer. I walked in asking if they had one for me to buy. That was it.
Totally agree it seems like a flimsy excuse. But why make that up versus selling me one of several he had?
On the parts diagram there is a sleeve under the cover. Maybe that’s the piece that causes issues and the cover alone is fine?
The 2022 I just picked up didn’t have one. I went to the parts department to order and the parts guy said he had one in stock but wouldn’t recommend I buy it. He said Ford didn’t stop putting them on due to cost or supply. They stopped because it was causing the motor to overheat. Is that true?
