  1. What did you do TO your Bronco Sport today?

This is a great photo of the Mille panel. How hard was it to install? Is it power coated metal or plastic? Where did you get this? I think I need one too.
  2. Do lifts cause long-term problems with the Badlands?

II get what you mean bro. Just tired of always having to argue over everything all the time. So below is the breakdown. I have most the information I have from CV joint manufacturers technical documentation in paper form. There are some guides that could help on the NTN website...
  3. Do lifts cause long-term problems with the Badlands?

If you want it, go find it like I did. Google is your friend. You can search things like “automotive CV joint operating range” and things like that. I worked in the steel industry and in 3D Titanium printing industries for the last 20+ years. We are talking about an inch or two. And members of...
  4. Do lifts cause long-term problems with the Badlands?

I wheel my BS Badlands hard here in Southern California and no problems. The kits reuse factory hardware or replacement hardware at factory locations. They are pretty basic lifts compared to other vehicle platforms. I have perfect alignment after my lift and 12,000 of miles of on and off-road...
  5. Do lifts cause long-term problems with the Badlands?

I have performed lifts in my garage on a few badlands (only spacer lifts, no suspension lift cause the suck) and my commentary comes from real world experience followed up by alignment data. I will break this down for the front first. Most lifts are spacer lifts and raise the body up from the...
  6. Wish this color option was for our sports instead

I like the brown color, I prefer my white Badlands though. I wish Ford offered a “Sasquatch” package like the full size Bronco with larger tires and beadlocks in bronze. But I guess manufacturers are a few years behind with automotive trends to begin with so…
  7. Got the PCM recall programing done

I performed the PCM/ BCM recall last Friday at Gosch Ford Temecula (CA) and went on a 300 miles overland excursion in the mountains. Noticed the shifting was erratic loaded with all the camping gear initially but “Betty White” figured it out after some driving. Shifts fine now and will continue...
  8. Bronco Sport Topography Vinyl Decal - Compilation

Love the designs! Of course I had to order a set. ??
  9. Is there any leveling spacer just for the front without compromising the factory overall height?

HRG has a leveling spacer for the front only. I use it in the front before I need more ground clearance. Very straight forward to install. Check YouTube as the owner does an install video of all their products. Highly recommend.
  10. Happy Fri-YAY!!! Let's see those Front End Selfies!!!

RCRBT universal suction cup mount so I can take it off when leaving the OHV and it offers a couple different mounting options for the whip. Works well and offers quick release coupler. Good quality for what it is. Needed one fast for Johnson Valley OHV use. https://a.co/d/csPxq7T is the listing...

  12. Happy Fri-YAY!!! Let's see those Front End Selfies!!!

What make and model of roof rack do you have installed on your Badlands? Mine is OEM bars and Hyper roof rack which are too high and bulky for my liking. Your looks low and fits the roof line well.
  13. Anyone have HRG vs Flatout Lift Kit Experience / Suggestions / Input?

I installed the HRG 1.5 inch kit. Went on great as to be expected. The install video is spot on from the HRG website. A couple differences for the Badlands but nothing that is not common mechanics sense. The sway bars links will need sub frame massaging with a hammer to get enough clearance to...
  14. HRG Mid Skid ordered

I installed the JCR Skid plates and ended up cutting the ends of the skid plates instead of modifying the tank skids on the Badlands. It was easier and a saws all and grinder made the job hella easy. Hit it with a little wrinkle black and can't tell a difference. Be aware on any underbody...
  15. Installed JCR Offroad Evap Skid on Badlands.

I have these skid plates in the garage and will be installing this weekend. Same ripped carpet and sewing back together with Kevlar thread is getting old. Ford should have just put a large skid plate there to protect Evap and fuel lines in the first place. Glad to see someone else has attempted...
  16. Third brake light flashing?

I use this: Podoy GS-100A Flash Strobe Controller Flasher Module for LED Brake Tail Stop Light 12V-24V https://a.co/d/1arjRxR
