Let me know if you end up getting any good evidence to bring to the dealership and if they have any suggestions of a design flaw. I was given a third cushion and for some reason they’re all different firmness quality. No idea why it isn’t consistent. Passenger seat as I mentioned before feels...
Still haven’t solved this issue yet. Third dealership is replacing my cushion again Tuesday but I don’t think that’ll solve it. The sensation is that I want the whole left side of my chair to come up a quarter of an inch. Passenger seat continues to be fine. I’ll do some measuring and post some...
I've seen a few others agree with me on this issue. I can't for the life of me figure out what the cause could be. I've spent hours in my passenger seat and have a more comfortable experience. I'm not sure if there's something more firm under my right leg than makes the left side seem like it's...
I've posted this in a few other spots with the hope of some similar experiences but my driver seat in my FE feels like it's tilting toward the door. Either there's something missing on the outer side or there's something not put together right making the console side higher. Cushion replacement...
So my dealership installed my seat incorrectly, identified by another dealership. OG dealer finally figured out how to put the cushion on "correctly"? It feels 80% better. I am basically back to where I started, with the door side feeling lower and the console side feeling higher. I'm guessing...

So after taking the vehicle for a second opinion despite a cushion replacement 5 weeks ago from dealer 1, the second dealership noted my seat was not put back correctly and the new cushion was installed improperly. Immediately called Ford Customer Service to get it resolved since dealership 1...
Well that absolutely blows. I'm sorry they didn't get anything done especially for the amount of time they had it. I don't think you're picky, they're the ones who should be more tolerant that we're experiencing all these issues on a first build. How did you tell that the vehicle sits lower on...
How’d they end up doing? I went to another dealership and had a sales rep sit in the car. He felt something immediately. Bringing it to their service on Tuesday
Any update for you? They replaced the cushion and it didn’t change anything. There’s a firmness missing on the driver side driver seat whereas the passenger seat feels perfect. They said they can’t help any further. Unfortunately nobody has any extra Bronco sports to compare it to.
Thanks Andy, my dealership replaced the cushion but it didn't solve the problem. Keep me posted please. I wish I had another bronco to sit in to really see if this is normal (I hope not)
I’m not sure how the foam seats are supported in the vehicle, but it’s the area circled in red that has so much more give than the other side. This isn’t apparent in the passenger seat. My 3 hour ride yesterday was very achy for my back.
The dealership tried replacing the seat cushion, but that doesn't seem to fix the issue. It's as if there's some support missing from part of the underside, when I try pushing down on each half, there is a lot more give on the driverside left half of the seat. This isn't apparent in any other...
