I am thinking the cargo space is similar to an old gen (boxy) Escape cargo space, judging by how similar the exterior dimensions are.
I saw a post on an (old/boxy)Escape forum where a guy who was 6' said he can sleep in the cargo area...
So there's some hope for you. If you remove the headrests...
Looks like there's 1 country that's worse than the US. (2018 data) - checked a few other sources for per capita amounts and they're all pretty much the same: Either US is 2nd place on on top
Different source: (2020)
yeah, this is definitely a big-ish tent: 9x9x7 feet. Would def require a good amount of space behind the vehicle to set up. Most of our trips are shorter trips or day trips and IF it's a longish trip we're likely to be in a park / area where they have bigger parking areas.. so Hopefully this...
This is an interesting thought; I do like a LOT of the stuff in BL pkg, except the moonroof. I think I might have to compromise and go with one of those tents that attaches to the butt of the Sport, instead of rooftop. That way I get to keep the heated steering wheel and the reverse sensors and...
I saw it mentioned somewhere that the seats do fold flat with weight on them, and some of the pics/videos I have seen did seem like the area was flat... just can't remember which pics/videos they were.... I usually remove head rests from the rear seat in my 2010 Escape anyway and would do the...
I REALLY like that little arrangement... except: the mounting points are in the same slots where the front tow hooks are/would be - so looks like you have to remove the front tow hooks to have that specific setup.
But I am sure there will be other setups available with bumper/underbody mount...
I guess the default setting/default driving mode is something like intelligent AWD in the current and 2005-2012 Escapes?
Unless you have 4x4 lock or a drive mode selected with the GOAT dial, it's probably just FWD and switches to AWD if rear wheel spin is detected by the system, and then...
I personally do not expect the B-sport to be a substitute to or mimic the CURRENT Escape. The few luxury / convenience items it has I take as a bonus. It is meant to be a more capable SECOND GEN (boxy) escape; almost a revamped re-incarnation of it with more modern tech and off road prowess.
The...
I think at this point we can be pretty certain that a UGDO is simply not available.
(IDK how hard it is of a job to retrofit a sunvisor from a 2nd gen Escape that has a UGDO integrated onto a B-Sport (my 2010 Escape has it built in to the driver's sun visor)... there should be some power/wiring...
I searched the 85 page Bronco Sport "e-Source book" PDF for keywords "universal", "garage" and "home link" and even "door" and "opener" - nothing came up
So.... can this be confirmed now? The Sport does NOT come with a UGDO?
If true, find it so weird, for a car that can get a heated steering wheel and remote start not to have this simple gadget.
