I know there has to be a thread in here somewhere that explains the order process, the different stages, etc. I am surprised it’s not pinned and can’t find it via search. I may not be putting in the correct keywords. Anyone have any way to point me to that info?

You should definitely get an email from Ford confirming your order. I received my confirmation email less than an hour after I placed my order.

Did your dealer tell you this? I ordered a week after you and the first dealer I talked to (and others on this forum) indicated there were no “constraint” items at the time I ordered.

Yep, you should get an email as soon as the order is submitted (servers, filters, website Lag permitting). I put an MY23 order in first week in August, got an email right away.

I lived just outside of Des Moines for awhile as a kid, so flying into Des Moines and driving home will give me an excuse to take a road trip and drive by my old neighborhood and see how it’s changed.

I am wondering if the washer wasn’t very effective. I remember seeing a video somewhere and they used it and it just covered the camera in fluid droplets and you couldn’t see anything anyway.
