Mine does the same thing now...goes to the MACH E page, but when I use the link above, it shows my order, order number but now says Contact Dealer. I'll wait and see a few days what happens. I've noticed a lot of glitches in their site in the last week, so maybe they're gearing up for changes.

I wonder how many people who ordered OB based on the Ford site’s photos are going to be pissed when they see that the photos there aren’t really what comes in the vehicle.

Have you been able to get any answers as to whether it must be installed at factory or can be installed at dealer?

I can't get my dealer to answer questions about that either. They were supposed to answer me before placing the order but placed the order anyway and are now ignoring my questions about it. Based on other posts here, people are saying this has to be added at factory and can't be added later, so...

I hear ya. But that does make it difficult for those who are ordering based on what they show at the website which, at least for the OB and based on these and other photos I’ve seen, are very different. Thanks for showing them.
