Build date from Ford. Not a build schedule. Only getting email , because they have email on file from purchase!! I assume?

Well a little excitement, I got an e-mail from Ford that my 2/22 order is in production schedule for 6/28/21 not exactly as hoped, but I see the light and I'm HAPPY But not holding my breath

I will DM you as I cannot ger the Vin or order # ffom dealer. Maybe you can enlighten me?

Exactly, I've been getting a run around , but have been shown print outs and such that have my name and match everything. just cant' get a build date or VIN

Well submitted order # I think? not much help from dealer. ordered a OB with a few of the items Back ordered. But no Vin# or update info since. I did receive an email from Ford saying thanks for the order, on same day ordered in Feb.

Hi, Tracey here excited but frustrated on progress. ordered 2/22/21 OB Alto blue,OB pkg with tow and cargo option. Email from Ford on confirmation on same day, then nothing, no Vin# to track and no info from dealer.,just print out that it's ordered! excited for 1st new vehicle in a LONG...
