Yes, but that may be with As-built codes. There isn't Always a "preset" for it. There is a bypass module that usually plugs in line with the disable start/stop switch. The module for bronco sport plugs in line with the obd connector. https://www.autostopeliminator.com/collections/ford

So. Online (build and price) it shows ob+ob for $1595 has a tow hitch. Unless I read that wrong. I just gave $500 for a deposit and they added tow on top of ob+ob+copilot 360
