    It may take more time than simply "Plugging in your computer" however, this does not justify having customers leaving their vehicles for five days to even start the process. If they know they won't be able to get to the vehicle for five days, why not simply have the customer drop it off the day...

    she is going to try and open the Ford app on her phone with it plugged into the usb. Maybe she can find an update to upload. Otherwise, Ford is already scheduled to be at our house on the 20th to do 2 recalls and we will just have them fix it then.
