Can anyone confirm that 2025 (Badlands) does not have the hardware inside such that you could install the keypad integrated into the pillar, and the only option is the double sided tape battery one (that's ugly).

I have the full size spare with badlands 2025, but actually would like a smaller one so I could use extra space beneath the floor for storage. So, if anyone has any suggestions on the original question (donut that doesn't cost $500), I would appreciate it.

It was an AWD. It definitely seemed to be a transmission issue to me. I test drove a 1.5L Bronco Sport and could have lived with the lower power vs 2.0L Bronco Sport.

Ford's website order tracking shows built. But my dealer sent me a screenshot of a different application that shows the status as shippable, with an estimated delivery date of January 22-28.
