I have a dealer near me that has the exact badlands I wanted. Marked up $5k. Offering me a "deal" at 1500 over MSRP + 899 Dealer fee. Guys are out of their friggin minds.

Careful. The roofs with a moonroof definitely have the lower 100lb rating.

They have an EXTENSIVE UTV trail system in the Everglades in big cypress. Hundreds of miles of trails only accessible by permitted UTVs. It looks incredible - may have to find a used one.

They DO hurt gas mileage, and are difficult to get on/off the roof. BUT... they are absurdly quick to pack up and setup.

Same as you guys. The top line badlands seems to hit a sweet spot value wise for me. a 4-door configured the way I wanted it was an absurdly expensive truck.

it definitely sounds like some are being held for some kind of QA thing. Wouldn’t be surprising. Better to do it now then have it show up with a recall notice I guess. They probably figured out Jerry was leaving starburst wrappers in the glove boxes and they need to inspect And clear them out...

There's definitely something going on with in production and not-delivered vehicles from the past couple of weeks. Common thread seems to be the "extra" package
