Thanks! Seeing this let me decide to take a trim removal tool and pop that side up a little. I was able to see the clip on that side isn’t gripping when pressed down. I tried making small adjustments but I couldn’t get it to stick. I don’t know if I’ll do anything more but I now know the issue.
