I have never felt so excited and then so let down in my entire life. They told me it was in transit, turns out they misspoke. I'm dying inside.

At least they're sending you emails. I haven't gotten a single piece of communication since my original 9/1 "Built" email with an ETA of Sept 12 - 18.

@fordvideoguy Does your dealership have any Sports caught up in this weird shipping delay? Any idea what could actually be keeping them at the factory even though the vehicles have been "released?"

Doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to how the tracking system generates those ETAs. Mine has been pushed back several times now. I think the system keeps expecting it to ship then just automatically generates new dates when it doesn't. Seriously hating that I'm just a few hours away from...

Nothing for me just yet but hoping it could be any day. My birthday is Sunday, so seeing this thing shipped would be a great gift.

I bought them and they're sitting in a drawer waiting for my Badlands to arrive. Photos and videos to come.

Looks like a few folks shipped last night. Similar vehicles dropped from 81 to 76. A painfully slow rate of movement for those of us still sitting. In addition, the longest wait has updated! Congratulations to whoever the current record holder is. You're one unlucky soul.

If you ask for Ford Protect specifically, they aren't going to sell you another product. Just don't let them sell you their own independent warranty and you're fine. Dealers like Flood Ford are simply selling the same Ford warranty for less money.

I had an epiphany today that if I pretend the car doesn't exist, I won't stress about it. That big pile of accessories in my garage is just for show! And my $1000 down payment? A generous donation to my dealership, of course. If you expect nothing, you can't be disappointed. ?

The Gatorbacks really are fantastic quality. Not sure I would have paid over $500 for them had my dealer not thrown them into my sale for free, but they're definitely solid.

What tires did you wind up going with? Probably going to ride the Pirellis until I get to NC in March then slap something beefier on it.

Congratulations! There are a bunch of us in this thread who were built during the last week of August who are yet to ship. Glad to see yours moved out in a timely manner and is on its way to you.

They're telling me 10/25, but they could just keep pushing the date back again and again. I'm pretty bummed for all of us that it's taking so long.

I actually hope they send me one. I'm a sucker for stickers and really dig the theme and color scheme they're using for merch. Already bought a shirt from the Ford store for my pickup day.

Trying to keep my spirits up. Hoping it'll ship this week since they're giving me an ETA of October 25 now at the latest. Spoke to my Ford friend about our missing chip/part theory. He said if that were true, it would be the first time he's ever seen a vehicle Released to the Shipping Provider...
