Overinflating your tires can wear out the center of the tire faster and decrease the duration of the tire's life cycle. To each their own, but I don't think it merits the nominal MPG gain.

Does that change in tire size throw off the MPG calculation on the dash or is this based on hand calculations? Also, when did you switch tires?

Most of the continental US west of the Mississippi is at least 75 MPH with several at 80. That's the highest in the country except for one road in Texas (130) that is 85 mph.

The Off-Roadeo folks just sent out an email this morning announcing new dates in Austin, TX specifically for the Bronco Sport starting in March! I don't know if our complaints on here were noticed or it's just a coincidence, but I'm excited and will book a spot in the next few days.
