We just had the first meaningful fog since ownership, for my truck too and needed to adjust those. Came here to see if the procedure for adjusting them on the BS was noted but turns out, the BS fogs are set properly from the factory.
It does not have the cornering feature though, which I really...
My Wife's 24 BL just had it's 5K mile oil change. Stock vehicle, Tier 1, 87 octane, normal mode, mixed city, hwy but typical round trip is just 16 miles. I wouldn't say she drives it hard but not exactly gentle either. Lifetime on the dash says, 23.9 mpg.
With wintertime coming and getting dark earlier, was reminded that I wanted to adjust the headlights up a bit.
They were close enough to say they were in spec but that harsh dark line, on low beam, is annoying.
Don't want to blind other drivers but I'm hoping that stretching that out a little...
Don't want to hijack the thread but are the headlights adjustable?
On Lo beam, there is a harsh line at the upper range of their reach. I'd like to see it I can't cast that out a little further.
We just got back yesterday, from a 47 day RV trip.
Before we left, after the full charge mentioned above, I disconnected the charger. Closed the hood and windows and locked the car.
Got home and hit the ignition, fired right up. No sleep warnings or anything on Ford Pass while we were gone...
My Wife has been sick for a week or so and the BS hasn't been driven in that time. Took it to run some errands yesterday and noticed that stop start, wasn't working. As I understand it, that seems to be an early indicator of battery weakness.
Put it on the charger, maybe 1:00 p.m, maybe a...
These things are mostly fly by wire now. No direct physical connections, like the old days.
And the gauges are called "indicators", because they don't pass the accuracy requirements, to be called gauges.
Unless you can feel something, I don't know that blips on the tach are very meaningful. Or...
Our BL doesn't have the L button.
It does have paddle shifters but I wanted to see if the cruise functioned as it does on my truck and it appears to.
I've towed a 7K lb. camper across the Rockies and back with it and while I have manual shifting available on it too, setting the cruise, was all...
Because you say it is less in Eco mode and Eco mode affects transmission shifting points, I suspect transmission programming is the culprit.
Do these transmissions have a learning mode? My truck does. I've never had problems but others have complained of rough shifting, cured by resetting it.
This post was on my mind last eve. when I took a back road type route, that had a couple mile long downhill grade. I don't know the percentage but steep.
Cruise set to 35mph. at the bottom, the speed had crept to 37. The trans downshifted on it's own at least once.
It wasn't close to over...
