can you only place them in the rear? (sounds naughty) Or do you need to do front and rear at the same time? I ask because I need to replace my rear shocks and would like to upgrade to something better than rough country
Thanks you think then buying the gas tank skid along with the evaporator & floor skid make sense since the factory gas skid has to come off anyway? I watched the install video from JCR and they already had their gas tank skid installed
You should check some of the early posts, of those people who actually installed the JCR's, on their Badlands!
I tried finding prior posts but didn't see any. The total cost for the set I posted above is $1,543 before taxes
This is what my service tech sent me last year. Finally found them after searching a few days. They wouldn't let me go in to look myself so the pics aren't great. My felt is starting to sag. I've had quite a few hard knocks so was thinking the JCR would be better than what Ford put on...
Hello, looking to add some extra under protection to my Badlands. I am leaning towards JCR skid plates but not sure which order to instal them? I can't do all at once so maybe one or two now then more next year. The options are:
-Evap and floor skid
-Gas Tank Skid
-Engine skid
-Front bumper...
Considering. A 2025 BS BL in a hail sale. Anyone purchase a vehicle in one of those? What would I ask and look for? What other things should I consider?
Most Subaru drivers don’t off road. A good number of BS drivers off road. That’s the difference. I just wish the BS was more modular for customizing.
Yeah I was initially freaking out because I just passed 36k warranty limit. I turned on the front camera while cleaning the windshield and watched it dripping out.
My VW is also leaking washer fluid too, haha.
a quick google search suggests it's wiper fluid. I just past 36k miles, however did purchase the extended warranty a few days ago. Hopefully it went into effect.
Great point about the different trim levels. There's enough differences that I wouldn't be surprised by different reliability. The key thing is that reliability is a relative term and that you could very likely purchase a vehicle that over performs these ratings.
we had a couple of days of rain and I know of a spot in the city that has a short off-roading trail. I went straight there from the dealership knowing there would be some good puddles. I guess I just missed my baby bronco!
