The only tracker that has worked for me is Norfolk Southern Phone number. The number is 800-635-5768. then you have to listen and hit 2 and then 2 again. Then it will ask for your railcar number. You have to type in the corresponding letters and numbers. Dont speak them or it doesn’t work right...
