Not the white but the amber turn signals blink when locking/unlocking.

I think Ford discontinued the whole fog/cornering light combo for the BS’s 23+. They don’t work for me and a few other members who own 23+ BS’s on here. As for the park lights, mine work so either there’s some setting that needs to changed, some isolated bug with your BS or Ford discontinued...

Yes for the lights/wipers (it’s the law in NY) but no for the fog/cornering lights. I think Ford discontinued that feature for the unfortunate 23+ owners.
