Done all I can do. Have case number and called and gave it to their escalation group. Wrote and mailed letter to Mr. Farley as a concerned stockholder. Hate to say it but may be time to buy more stock. Also, I am really leaning towards ordering a Bronco.

Ale Call customer service back again and this time ask for a case number. Call the corporate offices and was transferred to the escalation department and they wanted the case number name and phone number. Hopefully these guys will at least be able to tell if the truth if the truth is really out...

I just called and received same primary and secondary info as before - in production but built. This time they said it was a chip hold. The dates of August 15-21 they had give me previously referred to ship date not arrival at dealership. I don't trust these answers anymore as I was told...

Got the two expensive packages. Nav and the one with the radio upgrade. They say it is built but nothing changing on the tracker. Dealer still have 15 to 21 August as arrival dates but they say it is still in Mexico. Doubt they will fly it up.

It is funny. I have tried to activate it many many times. Most of the time, it says FAILED. A very few times it has gives the message about pressing yes on the screen to accept. I really wonder if at those times, it is somewhat either on or being moved. I did get our first order activated back...

I have forgotten. In the Ford tracker, does yours say in production or shippped.

Ordered in December and still in production but customer service says built on 8 July. Still in Mexico I think.

I’ve tried activation every day. Two times the result said something about parking it free of obstruction or something similar rather than activation failed. Now I wonder if some one was in the car or it was on when getting the park car in the open. Tracker still showing in production since 6 July.

My pics also. Definitely a panel missing user passenger glove box. Wrinkles in rubber flow about the same but I can feel either metal and maybe wiring behind the flooring that is wrinkled. My drivers side looks identical to your pic but not sure what might be missing.

I would love to send you a private message also. We picked out BL on June 6, 22. Same things but wrinkles on passenger side are worse but there is metal behind the wrinkles. Not sure how to s.oth it out.

Understand. The communication isn’t good at all. They should offer a pain and suffering rebate. After having the trouble with the one ordered in August last year, we ordered two identical BL’s just in case. Ordered 5 days apart different dealers. Picked up first one on 6 June. Second showing...
