If you are using a company that does professional automotive airbrush they should be able to answer all those questions. If you are just using a guy that does professional airbrush art, I would suggest you go find a company that specializes in professional automotive airbrush graphics.
Cost really depends on your installer, film choice, amount covered, etc but could cost around 1800 to 2200 for full front coverage Installed.

i will say what I have said on other threads. I never put anything on my vehicle that is first out of the barn. Many times it is cheap, poor quality, dosent work as well or causes other problems, etc. the good stuff is in r and d and comes out later. I am waiting for good rock slides, tube...
You might want to check and see what doing that aeroskin with tape will do sitting on top of film rather than paint. Layering all that sh** might end up causing problems since the aeroskin is designed to tape to paint and not film.
