  1. Upgraded to 255/65/17 KO3 tires on the Bronco Sport 🐎

@RSH — good eye and I appreciate the heads-up. Rubbing: only a light kiss at full lock in reverse. No pinch-weld contact, and nothing under normal forward steering, even with some suspension compression. Trail check: after a couple loaded runs (sand, ruts, mild articulation) I inspected the...
  2. Upgraded to 255/65/17 KO3 tires on the Bronco Sport 🐎

I’ve run them recently through the Great Sand Dunes via Medano Pass, then continued south toward New Mexico over a couple technical 4-grade trails on OnX — Fan Dike and Steep Mountain. I had to turn to full lock a few times climbing off-camber rock and loose gravel, and still no rubbing or...
  3. Upgraded to 255/65/17 KO3 tires on the Bronco Sport 🐎

Thank you, buddy! It's been fun and an experience getting her ready.
  4. Upgraded to 255/65/17 KO3 tires on the Bronco Sport 🐎

Right?! A little rub just adds character 😂 Appreciate it, man—she's coming together one trail at a time! 🛞🔥🤙
  5. Upgraded to 255/65/17 KO3 tires on the Bronco Sport 🐎

😂 Haha fair! I knew that was coming. But seriously — it’s super minor and only at full lock. The trade-off for wider tires, better grip, and added clearance was worth it for me. I’ll probably heat-mold or trim the liners eventually, but for now it’s totally manageable. Gotta make a few...
  6. Upgraded to 255/65/17 KO3 tires on the Bronco Sport 🐎

Great point — properly aired down narrow tires can absolutely shine off-road. But the real trade-off, especially on a soft off-roader like the Bronco Sport, is you lose precious clearance when you air down. And with these rigs already having limited clearance, that half inch or so really matters...
  7. Upgraded to 255/65/17 KO3 tires on the Bronco Sport 🐎

Always felt like the 245s were too narrow — I’d slide off rocks too easily 🪨😬. Terrain matters, but for a soft off-roader, the extra width and grip really help 💪. The tire size alone gave me about 0.26” of added ground clearance 📏. Paired that with a 1.5” lift using lifted struts and springs...
  8. H&R Springs installed (With Pictures)

Not coiled over but here a couple pics of lifted struts and springs from RC I threw on last week.
  9. 1.5 Inch Rough Country Lifted Struts & Springs

Wow, if you throw that on post a video on here of it going over some off-camber terrain. I bet that flex looks legit and the ride feels like pillows.
  10. 1.5 Inch Rough Country Lifted Struts & Springs

Is this the coiled over option you're talking about... Seems like the best option on the market: https://shop.redline360.com/products/flatout-suspension-coilovers-ford-bronco-sport-2021-2023-lift-kit-gr-lite-off-road

  12. 1.5 Inch Rough Country Lifted Struts & Springs

It’s definitely a good bang for the buck if you're after a simple suspension lift and not doing anything too wild. That said, I’ve noticed that the sway bar end links still fall out of tension no matter how long you make them. You’ll have to get under there from time to time to re-tighten...
  13. Intermittent irritating noise that comes from the rear passenger area

For me, the noise was coming from the seatbelt bracket in the right posterior rear seat area. It was making a constant click-clacking sound. If you're hearing something similar, it might be worth mentioning this to your dealership—apparently, it's a known issue with Bronco Sports. Hope this helps!
  14. Bronco Sport Alignment Issues Discovered!

Brand new 2021. I'm pretty sure I found the problem. Look how much lower my rear clearance is compared to the front. My 5th wheel must be weighing down the 2" Ford ranger lift in the back. I contacted Ford ranger lifts and he's going to ship me out a larger spring in the rear to off set this...
  15. Bronco Sport Alignment Issues Discovered!

During a recent visit to the dealership for an unrelated matter, I had an alignment done. To my surprise, the technicians uncovered significant problems: the camber and caster are way out of spec, and shockingly, they're not adjustable! Digging deeper, it seems the root cause might be a bent...
  16. Ford Warranty Woes: A Snowy Saga

Those metal skid plates should definitely offer better coverage and durability compared to the stock ones. It's great to hear that the driver side skid plate performed well during your recent snowy adventure. Hopefully, once you install the other skid plate, it'll provide even more peace of mind...
  17. Ford Warranty Woes: A Snowy Saga

Interesting perspective, but wet powder snow is a well-known phenomenon among winter sports enthusiasts. It's a denser type of snow that's fantastic for certain activities. Thanks for chiming in though!
