I have the EXACT same noise! Somewhere in the rear passenger door area.....It goes away for days and randomly comes back, and is very dependent to road surfaces as well.
I personally think the noise may be coming from the door glass somehow.... because try rolling the window down when its...
Got my 22' BL mid May.... my floor DOES NOT look like that...Mine is completly smooth and uniform looking...that looks like some wired residue??? I would try some Simple Green cleaner to see if that degreases it.
I'm sure someone will post a pic, but IMO, Carbonized Grey body with a Shadow black roof looks amazing! basically the opposite of what your asking for.... But CG is an underated color!!
Ford is only as good as its Suppliers, that holds true with any manufacture. There are duds every once in a while......At least its not the engine that needs replaced!
I bought a $65,000 top on the line Jayco Travel Trailer this year. Brought it home, It had a DEAD not working heater, meaning...
My badlands is similarly equipped! I love the seats, they are comphy to me. I'm 6'3" and 250 pounds. I agree, the seat bottoms on all BS's are a little short. But if you raise the height of the seat so your feet touch the ground, it works for me. Basically you should sit more upright in the BS...
Most dealers have or know of a mobile Leather and Vinyl repair person on hand, they use these services to fix up the used cars on their lots......This is easily repairable and wont be noticeable when fixed....The question is what caused this so it doesn't keep happening..... I doubt the seatbelt...
I had a rental 2021 Escape while my BS Badlands was in the shop for a concern I had, point is, the Escape has the exact window switches as the BS....all four of the switches also had peeling chrome as you described! It had 25K on it. So I'm sure at some point Ford will update the part so it...
Engine? Dash? Moaning/Rattling noise after using sport mode.... | 2021+ Ford Bronco Sport Forum - Broncosportforum.com
I ended up making my own thread about the noise I was having, I explained at the end of the thread that the noise is essentially normal. Its the Turbo blow off valve letting...
Well, my chances of seeing another Bronze Smoke BS in the wild just got narrower! Its a shame because it really is a great color. And like others have said, it is really complemented by the Roast interior, but the Roast IMO doesn't go well with a lot of colors. I bet the new Eruption Green would...

I agree it does look unfinished. And the panels I'm sure help with road noise and protect the undercarriage from debris from the front tires....
I could of trimmed the rear piece away from the rear skid plate and it would of still attached and fit/stayed put....its just that the front...
This topic has been beat to death, however the other threads do not fully explain this: ITS NOT THAT ITS MISSING, IT LITERALLY DOES NOT FIT!!.
I ordered one myself and learned the hard way that the piece does not attach/fit to the front wheel well like it should, and in the rear it does not fit...
Hmm mine makes this noise too...I've always thought maybe its an exhaust sound...meaning exhaust is first going through the pipes at start-up....just a guess. would like to know what it is though out of curiosity.
Hmmm, I have had zero paint problems on my 22' BS in bronze smoke.....I'm wondering if some of the chips are caused by shoppers who look at your BS before purchasing?? Sloppy lot techs?? Most of the chips I've seen in this thread can be easily touched up....
If you look at the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Technical Specifications from from Ford ( its a PDF)... It states the First Edition and Badlands (basically any 2.0L) , the engine is manufactured in Cleveland, OH or Valencia, Spain. Mine was also made in Spain. Like I said in my earlier post on this...
Correct, but then I do believe the 2.0L was revised again in late 2019 because some 2015's -2019's also had coolant intrusion issues. So at this point I do believe all Bronco sports with the 2.0L are safe from this issue. I went down a YouTube rabbit hole a while ago, some believe the issue is...
