And again, the entire drawer is roughly 20lbs. Made from Spanish Birch which is supposedly the lightest in the world.
  5. My Badlands Bronco Sport "Overland" Setup v1.0

It's the last item in their Ultralite series called "Universal Drawer Module". You can configure from multiple sizes which is cool. Mine is 32" deep x 22" wide x 10".
  6. My Badlands Bronco Sport "Overland" Setup v1.0

Yes, the mattress is for the Bronco Sport from Deep Sleep Overland. It's inflatable memory foam with a R18 warmth value and really comfortable.
  7. My Badlands Bronco Sport "Overland" Setup v1.0

Thanks micmore47! The side table is a Yakima OpenRange. It's made for their Open Range kitchen box, but I screwed the wire attachment bar into the base of my sleeping board and it works perfectly. However, as I was doing that, I thought, why not make a similar size board out of birch and slide...
  8. My Badlands Bronco Sport "Overland" Setup v1.0

Thanks! On top of the Roofnest Falcon 2, I have X-Bull recovery boards. On the sides, I have a Fiskars axe and Tabor Tools shovel. I did take the rig out this past fall, but with a different internal set up using Milwaukee Packout boxes which are great, but they're heavy and not that efficient...
  9. My Badlands Bronco Sport "Overland" Setup v1.0

The drawer is by Shawnee Hills Offroad and is from their "Ultralite Series". The entire drawer and casing is 20lbs. The drawer comes all the way out and has a handle cutout on the backside so you can easily remove it with all the contents. Two simple Rollercams detach and the casing also easily...
  10. My Badlands Bronco Sport "Overland" Setup v1.0

I'm calling this my 'winter' setup, which allows me to sleep in the back if the weather's bad. A lot of research and thought went into this to get it where it's at, but I think it's an efficient use of space and everything the Bronco Sport has to offer. It's such a great platform and I'm excited...
  11. Build Done?

    Beautiful build.
  12. Interesting Discussion Today on the Bronco Forum

Plus - Dynamic roof weight capacity Bronco Sport = 150lbs. On "big" Bronco = 100lbs. Payload capacity Bronco Sport = 1000lbs. On "big" Bronco 1225lbs. Not bad for a 'baby' Bronco. And to your point, the only thing the Sport can't keep up with the full size Bronco, is rock crawling.
  13. Remove entire rear seat? (Bottom + Upright)

Not sure about what other kind of seats would fit. Are you still planning on taking out the black bar/frame?
  14. Remove entire rear seat? (Bottom + Upright)

The metal bar or 'pin' is attached to the 60% seat and came out with the seat back. I'm going to get a large carriage bolt to put back in the hole which will help keep the 40% seat in place. If that makes sense.
  15. Remove entire rear seat? (Bottom + Upright)

For me, there just wasn't enough storage space that I'd get back by removing the bars. And why I thought - I'll just use them and mount my fridge to it which keeps it out of the back, where I initially had it, ultimately saving some space. :)

  17. Remove entire rear seat? (Bottom + Upright)

I removed only the 60% side. The frame for the seat is the perfect size and tie down for a 40L fridge.
