They are glossy, I don’t think they make matte. The ones around the side door panel are REAL Carbon Fiber and quite expensive. The others are hard plastic unless they are also real. They side door “real carbon fiber” were difficult to find on Amazon, they showed up on the 18th page of search.

Most of these sellers are sourcing it from China... Check out Ali Express. They tend to have both matte and glossy available there.
