Ran all wires for the front and rear camera up in the headliner, pics show how I got to the headliner. Used the interior fuse panel, fuse #3 and #24. 24 is B+ and 3 is the ACC.

The front camera was first installed using the double sided tape then used the provided screws to secure. There is an oval shaped plug right behind the battery that is easily removed/installed from the inside. I drilled one of the little circles out and the cabled passed.

The rear I drilled a hole in the plastic panel where the glass/door buttons are. I used the factory installed accordion conduit to get the cable from the headliner into the gate. This was not too hard, one the body side pull it out (two tabs on on each end), puncture small hole where you can feel the cables on the soft part and run a large zip tie through. Use the zip tie and tape the cable and fish it through. i only removed the upper panel on the back gate, then ran the cable much like the rear window defroster cables were run. Down and around that gasket till you get to the hump in the middle. I used a really long zip tie to fish the cable down to the bottom access panel you have to pop out.

The panel that goes above the mirror I modified the notch some to widen it a bit and a little deeper (sorry no pic), it is now about a 1/2“ wide and 3/8” deep. This is needed because of the 4 wires for the G900 mirror.

probably left some step out or may have been vague, so ask away…

I just won a G900 Tri Pro from Wolfbox.

Did you consider using a power adapter tap into the rearview mirror?

Dongar & Fitdvr make them. Or is it not possible because of no power behind the cover?

Can't tell by the photos if you used the rubber straps or did you get the universal mirror adapter?

Thanx

I used a mount to replace the factory mirror mount.
I never bothered to look into those Dongars, I don’t think you would have park mode. Not sure. I did not tap any off them because I just like to keep the vehicles electrical integrity intact. If something goes wrong, I don’t want Ford pointing the finger at the dashcam install.
it was very easy to run the wires to the passenger footwell fuse box.
the install took a while since I never did a bronco sport before and Did not see to many write up on how to do one. Which is why I posted this here.

Can you tell me what mount you used in place of the factory mirror mount?

Here's my issue. My factory mirror has a sensor on the back, passenger side. Not sure what it's for. Possibly a high beam light sensor?

Using the rubber straps to attach the Wolfbox to the factory mirror requires off setting it quite a bit to the driver's side to keep the front camera from being obstructed.

I would prefer to remove the factory mirror and use the Wolfbox universal bracket to attach it.

I'm not sure if removing the factory mirror will throw a code from the sensor being disconnected.

I have a 2021 Badlands so I'm not sure if it was a concern on your Heritage being 2 different trim levels.
