I have called them. Multiple and multiple times. Their only solution so far was to just remove the Traffic/Travel completely and stop charging us; but, my wife does like the feature of looking up fuel prices and some of the other perks of the Traffic/Travel bundle. The traffic is the only thing that's never worked.

I called them again after Dude mentioned what he did -- and supposedly got transferred to tech support; but, again all they wanted to do was send a refresh signal and walk me through another master reset of the radio.
Cancel is an option for sure. If you present them two options, "fix it or cancel it" I bet they find a way to fix it. All they care about is sub retention. You're not even at the best rate with M&E for $7. You might get it resolved and get a cheaper rate in the future.

There are traffic channels on SXM that announces traffic issues for a few regions. I find these fairly useless because there is too much bandspace given to geographical areas that do not concern you. XM also offers another XM subscription for ski reports, weather, and traffic. I found that subscription to be too expensive for what it provides. I always wondered why XM did not include that subscription with XM radio channels. I use Waze for traffic and other carplay apps like radar pro for the weather.
