Cancel is an option for sure. If you present them two options, "fix it or cancel it" I bet they find a way to fix it. All they care about is sub retention. You're not even at the best rate with M&E for $7. You might get it resolved and get a cheaper rate in the future.I have called them. Multiple and multiple times. Their only solution so far was to just remove the Traffic/Travel completely and stop charging us; but, my wife does like the feature of looking up fuel prices and some of the other perks of the Traffic/Travel bundle. The traffic is the only thing that's never worked.
I called them again after Dude mentioned what he did -- and supposedly got transferred to tech support; but, again all they wanted to do was send a refresh signal and walk me through another master reset of the radio.
