My 2023 BSBL purchased new November 2023. One of the first purchases I did was the Bronco logo mud flaps. Very expensive purchase and at the time I thought they were very well made.
Nice thick heavy duty rubber. I thought wow, bulletproof. They will last forever.
Well, they cracked and are splitting above the metal Bronco logo. I do not off road, just around town and a little down the highway.
They laster 19 months, and right at 12k miles.

Anyone on the forum have any issues with the flaps?
I’ll post a picture, It’s kinda dirty been raining alot lately.

I have those and haven’t noticed that similar cracking (currently at 3.5 years, 35k miles)

You are in Texas I think so probably not a lot of very cold weather for months on end ( it’s hot where I’m at )

Is it possible someone backed over or ran over an obstacle or are all 4 mudflats showing similar cracking?

I installed RokBlokz on all corners of my truck as soon as I got it and liked them, so the BS got them too.

I contacted them via email with the receipt. I purchased them January 4, 2024 so 17 months ago.

Anyone put 3rd party mud flaps on their BSBL other than Davexxxx putting the Rokblox on his? Trying to find options, and not having much luck. No Husky, no WeatherTech.

I'm looking into this too. Any reason why you said "no WeatherTech?" I think I read somewhere in these forums that someone installed them and liked them. Of course, I can't remember where.

If my memory serves me correctly, both the Husky and WeatherTech required drilling. That's what I was avoiding.

Thanks,

Laurence

Thanks, Laurence. Just FYI, I had to look because I wasn't sure. It appears the WeatherTechs are no drill and the reviews seem pretty good.

https://www.weathertech.com/mudflap-no-drill-digitalfit-ford-broncosport.html?year=2021&ymmSearch=true

I can't seem to find a custom fit Husky version for the BS. I only see universal fit models, and I see nothing that indicates they are no drill, so you might be right about those.

I'm with you....I don't want to drill either. I thought about going with the Ford version. They offer two variants, but the model that is a factory (or dealer?) option on the 25MY Badlands got ripped off in the video linked below, so I was hoping to find something that's a little more flexible and durable than those.

Oh, is this you Ryan? Ha. That's funny. I was half-tempted to reach out to you anyway. I didn't buy the Ford one's BECAUSE of what happened to yours! I'm in Edmonds, and I would absolutely LOVE to test my 'squatch out at your property on the Peninsula. I love your channel BTW! 😁

I just ordered a set of RoxBlokz. It says "no drill" in the description, so we'll see!

I watched their install video on YouTube. They look nice....I'm not super crazy about their logo on the back of the flaps. I might try the WeatherTechs. I'll share my experience when I get around to it. Feel free to share your thoughts on RoxBlokz after you install them.

Thanks!

would not rule out vandalism
far right corner of pic
rubber material looks sliced
someone may have wanted the weighted BRONCO steel plate
gave up the idea after too much work involved for removal
