  1. No Outback Wilderness for me - Changed my mind (new here)...

With your mpg bar being pretty low 20 mpg is very doable in a 2dr Bronco. I can even squeeze up to 21 mpg on the highway. I know the area around Bass Pro Shop pretty well, there is a great chicken and waffles place in that shopping center. Here is a picture of my baby When you see it next to...
  2. No Outback Wilderness for me - Changed my mind (new here)...

Believe me when I heard they were dropping the wireless charging pad I was shedding no tears, it's a absolute POS. Now the Homelink visor is a different story, I was mad about that.
  3. No Outback Wilderness for me - Changed my mind (new here)...

I totally get it, it really does come down to use case. For as much as people think the Bronco and the BS are alike they really aren't, the Bronco is a 4x4 truck plain and simple and the BS is a SUV...well an Escape in a different package but if you have no need for a 4X4 truck then the BS is...
  4. No Outback Wilderness for me - Changed my mind (new here)...

We are a 2 Bronco family, my wife has the BS and I have a 2dr Heritage Limited Edition Bronco. My first thought when reading why you picked the BS over the Outback was why not a 2dr Bronco. If you are looking for something with more off road chops then the Bronco is probably a better choice. In...
  5. My birthday

Oh to be 62 again! :D
  6. 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ prototype world premiere

It honestly looks like bad AI.
  7. EcoFlow Alternator/Charger

I can tell you the EcoFlow Alternator works great on my Bronco with the 2.7 engine, I use it in conjunction with a EcoFlow battery to power my Dometic fridge. But Dude brings up a good point about not knowing the charging system on the BS. You can dial down the amount of watt's it puts out which...
  8. Farewell to our 2023 Outer banks Bronco sport

Having a full size Bronco as well I can say if you were looking for an SUV then getting the Jeep Cherokee was a better choice over the full size Bronco, they really are apples and oranges.
  9. What was your first car/truck/bike?

That '76 Celica Liftback is sweet, I had a '81 Celica GT, last of the second gen Celica's.
  10. What was your first car/truck/bike?

Ha, I was complaining about having the Vega engine in my Sunbird and you got the whole Vega! :D
  11. What was your first car/truck/bike?

At least the Sunbird had rollup windows :) The TR3 was a cool looking car though, the only Triumph I ever had was a '81 TR8. Had the Rover/Buick 3.5 liter V8.
  12. What was your first car/truck/bike?

I had a '87 GTI and yes, I do think about it.
  13. What was your first car/truck/bike?

A 1976 Pontiac Sunbird, a real POS. Had the Vega aluminum block engine, that pretty much says it all. :)
  14. New Jeep Cherokee - Full hybrid!

    Not exactly a looker.
  15. The One That Got Away

I hear you, I always wanted one too, when I bought my '82 Jetta I was lusting after the Scirocco on the showroom floor, just didn't have enough $$.
