As you aleeady know clunking noise associated with a lift is typically caused by loose hardware.
I don't know if this will help but it has something else that caused another person's clunking sound.

I have Raceline wheels on my Badlands,
The wheels center bore is larger than the Sports hub, I am using hub rings, they are cheap, less than $10.00 for 4, they have a snug fit.
When I first got the wheels installed the vendor did not have the correct hub rings in stock and I didn't use them at...
When my auto start stop was not working I would get the message not available vehicle charging.
That was when my original battery was on its way out. After my battery was replaced with a Motorcraft AGM the auto start stop is basically transparent, it always works unless I turn it off or I'm in...
What is there to judge, the Op vented his disappointment about his Sports transmission apparent failure on this forum just like many others have done about various issues they have had with their Sports.
Assuming the fleet vehicles you were using were also fleet maintained, fleet vehicles are usually better maintained than the typical everyday personal vehicle which likely added to the fleet vehicles reliability.
You can keep the auto start stop off.
For me, I'm not going to worry about if the starter or battery are going to die. If the battery is starts to go, the auto start stop won't work anyway. I had that happen with my Badlands original lead acid battery along with other electrical issues. Once...
I don't mind the auto start stop on my Badlands, basically it's transparent, sometimes have to look at the tach to see that its working.
When I was looking to purchase a Sport and test drove quite a few 1.5 and 2.0 models the auto start stop seemed like a gimmick on the 1.5 models, it was...
My Badlands is dealer serviced as well, I'm also still within the powertrain warranty period.
The oil call-out for the 2.0 models is 5W-30. I have my oil changed early, typically in the 5000 mile range as I believe its cheap insurance for running a 2.0 litre turbocharged engine. Eventually I'll...
Did you have an alignment done post lift? Maybe its the photos but it looks like you have a lot of positive camber (top of the wheel tilting out) which will happen with a taller lift, did you install the replacement chamber bolts?
No reason to pile on the Op about maintenance.
Having a major automotive issue is not a situation anybody wants.
A number of people don't even look at the owners manual let alone follow the actual maintenance schedule.
How many check the transmission fluid level when they change their engine...
I've seen vague references to the "Dana lubricant" and have read that it is 75W just like the Motorcraft XY75W disconnect rear drive fluid. I wonder if it was developed with Ford.
I have not seen the Dana fluid being marketed.
