We had a large maple tree in our backyard. One year my Dad thought it would be cool to tap it and make some syrup. Not much sap, but lots of laughs for the family. :)

Celebrated with our Christmas holiday cocktail, a whiskey slush. Tea, water, frozen lemonade, frozen orange juice, a little sugar and whiskey; freezer for two days, then served with Fresca as a mixer. Sweet and delicious!
I got a rock hit on the windshield while driving on the interstate in late September '24. A small chip at eye level on the driver's side of the BS. I delayed getting it repaired or replaced. I kept watching and waiting throughout the winter to see if the small ding would start to spider-web...
Sure enough. I checked the coolant reservoir this morning and it was empty. Filled it up and now I have warm air from all vents. I'll monitor this reservoir for any leaks.
'22 BB with 64K miles. As of three days ago, the heat became extremely inconsistent and variable. Warm air on driver side vents, cold air on passenger side vents. First time that has ever happened with heat or A/C. l'll check the coolant reservoir.
