Wolfbox does sell a glare application for the 12" screen. They also advised against trying to cut their product down to the 10" size. When I used their help bot. They said there is no solution.

The camera seems fixed in relation to the screen. There is some adjustment of what is shown onscreen. The screen view is a different aspect ratio than the camera.
Well, the mirror needs to be positioned one way to point the front camera correctly. I think o could solve this with a louvers approach or a film. Someone must have solved this.
I know Wolfbox watches this forum. So, maybe they have a solution.

Works well as replacement rearview mirror. The software isn't perfect, but survivability seems good.

I have seat cushions from Amazon. I rotate them. They are the kid of cushions intended for office chairs.
I would get a few different cushion models. I've used them on airplanes, the couch and in other vehicles. So I believe in rotating cushions.
The front door speakers fit without modification of the mounting bracket. The rear door brackets (2) needed to be shaped for the space. Again, the anticipation of this was more draining than the actual task. The parts you don't want break right off the brackets.
