I didn't follow his video when I was putting it back together, I just put it back together the same way I took it apart. You'll need lots of space to lay out each and every part in order and the screws in order too.

Weekend success! Pictures of: before, during, testing, after. Tested all of the functions and they all work. For me personally, so much better, I've always had a temperature display in my previous cars. Took 1.5 hours total.

Issue for me is that I use Apple Carplay 100% of the time, and I find myself having to joggle the temperature dial back and forth to figure out the right temperature, and that is just annoying.

Got my JL Audio Sub installed, sounds awesome, it's small enough and blends really well with the existing B&O system. Bass is nice and smooth. Fills in the low end without being ridiculously loud and doesn't shake the whole car.
