I am not surprised. I have been looking around for a replacement for my 22 BS/OB and a close comparison of the features on an OB with equivalent competition shows the OB to be around $1500-$2000 more. And for that kind of money on the others I get a power liftgate and a sunroof. Fog

If the oil pump belt breaks, it would be interesting to compare cost of new engine, vs. cost for labor and parts to install a new belt. Of course, if the belt breaks under power, that decision may have already been made for you.
