  1. Oil pump belt life

That's my understand as well, but haven't been able to confirm. Timing chain, but wet oil pump belt. It also has dual injection (PFI+GDI)
  2. Recall: Instrument Cluster Panel Display Failure (NHTSA Recall 25V788) -- 2025-2026 Bronco Sport

Ever since I got the IPC recall update, every other start it forgets My View preferences and resets back to factory defaults. I have to go through the menus to deselect all the My View screens I don’t care about. The only two I use are fuel economy and tire pressure.
  3. Recall: Instrument Cluster Panel Display Failure (NHTSA Recall 25V788) -- 2025-2026 Bronco Sport

I'm glad I got my '25 BS updated prior to the recall notices hitting mailboxes. The dealers are going to be swamped.
  4. Recall: Instrument Cluster Panel Display Failure (NHTSA Recall 25V788) -- 2025-2026 Bronco Sport

I received this in my email this morning from USPS Informed Delivery. I wonder what this is all about? 🤣
  5. Recall: Instrument Cluster Panel Display Failure (NHTSA Recall 25V788) -- 2025-2026 Bronco Sport

I had mine done on Friday morning. The Ford app, Ford website, and NHSTA web site were updated sometime on Sunday mid morning.
  6. Recall: Instrument Cluster Panel Display Failure (NHTSA Recall 25V788) -- 2025-2026 Bronco Sport

Ditto. Had oil changed the week prior and oil level was set back to 45%, which makes me think the update process does not store the current oil life and simply performs a new calculation based on mileage. I manually reset it back to 100%. Not sure if FORScan can set it to non zero number, but...
  7. Recall: Instrument Cluster Panel Display Failure (NHTSA Recall 25V788) -- 2025-2026 Bronco Sport

Ford site still reporting it cannot retrieve information. NHTSA site now reports no open recalls.
  8. Recall: Instrument Cluster Panel Display Failure (NHTSA Recall 25V788) -- 2025-2026 Bronco Sport

Now both the Ford and NHTSA web sites are unable to retrieve recall information.
  9. Recall: Instrument Cluster Panel Display Failure (NHTSA Recall 25V788) -- 2025-2026 Bronco Sport

I'm guessing since the cluster is contains safety related functions, and if the update bricks the cluster and renders the vehicle undrivable, it would open Ford to lawsuits. Subsystem in Cluster Classification Reason Speedometer Safety-related (ASIL B / Class B) Driver needs accurate...
  10. Recall: Instrument Cluster Panel Display Failure (NHTSA Recall 25V788) -- 2025-2026 Bronco Sport

How long does it take for the backend system to reflect the recall has been completed? Both Ford and NHTSA still show the recall incomplete.
  11. Recall: Instrument Cluster Panel Display Failure (NHTSA Recall 25V788) -- 2025-2026 Bronco Sport

UPDATE Time in: 7:45 Time out: 10:00 Apparently, the Ford backend was giving them troubles.
  12. Recall: Instrument Cluster Panel Display Failure (NHTSA Recall 25V788) -- 2025-2026 Bronco Sport

At the dealer now. They said it could take up to 5 hours. I’m guessing that the book rate Ford allows, so they want to milk that as much as they can. I told them it shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes. I’m curious if I had done it myself using FDRS+Mongoose, would it have been recorded as...
  13. Recall: Instrument Cluster Panel Display Failure (NHTSA Recall 25V788) -- 2025-2026 Bronco Sport

I was trying to login to the website. The app now says schedule with your dealer.
