Update
I received a call today stating my bronco was done and that the transmission was replaced under warranty. I was a bit surprised seeing as though I was told it would be ten days and they would be starting yesterday, bad information from the service advisor. Here’s what was found:

I have that same grinding from my front brakes, noticed it a couple weeks ago. Sometimes its worse and sometimes it doesn't do it all. Not sure if all the wet weather has something to do with it.
That's the same install as a factory ford hitch. I did a factory hitch on my BS and had to remove the same piece, the new hitch takes the place of it. The install wasn't for the feint of heart having to remove the taillights, bumper cover, wiring etc. In my opinion its better, doesn't hang down...
