I read a review on the Console Vault Site, a person experienced a clearance issue with the combination lock, and was unable to latch the seat. I’m assuming your stating the upgrade lock is worth the cost, you did not have a problem?

If you turned off the setting to move back when you shut off, why would the seat need to move at all? I would think it would remain stationary. I like the seat moving back because my bulky work boot otherwise hits the door.
