  1. Remote Start - heated seats not working

Hi everyone, this is not my first Bronco and never noticed a problem. Now (Outer Banks 2024), when remote starting, the heated seats won't come on / are still cold after idling for a while. Settings: Remote Start is "ON" climate control "Auto" (it's -20 outside)...
  2. Bronco 2024 Outer Banks - Heating

Well, haven't come to any results yet. Just to clarify: I would assume that one wants to have heat out of ALL vents every time the heater is activated (for an overall, even temperature throughout the car). The dual function is nice but only IF there is a passenger in the first place and IF...
  3. Bronco 2024 Outer Banks - Heating

Thanks for the replies. DWG: so there is a setting where you activate/disactivate "Dual Zone Mode" ? Just to mention: my partner has a Bronco as well but lower model (not Outer Banks / less extras / packages) ... her heating set up is completely different than on an Outer Banks ... just to...
  4. Bronco 2024 Outer Banks - Heating

Hi All, this is my second Bronco (guess why?) ... I'm a happy camper!! However, here is my question in hopes someone can enlighten me. I remember with mt first one (2021) I press the driver side heater button (big Knob/wheel) ... both sides, driver and passenger side, came on, same temperature...
  5. Appreciation of the Forum and second Bronco so far

Hello All, my pleasure to be a member of this group ... helped with good advise many times! I have my second Bronco now (2024-one year old) and never wanted something else. I remember in 21 when the first ones came out mine was one of the first ones around here. When seen another one we waved...
  6. Loud Noise - Skid Plates?

Update to the loud noise at the rear issue. Found the culprit! Had nothing to do with those "skid plates" / ice buildup, etc. My local mechanic looked at it and noticed these plastic covers/tubes that slide freely up and down over the shocks ... I guess to keep grid off the metal rod. You can go...
  7. Loud Noise - Skid Plates?

Thanks, everyone, so far. I have to get the dealership (warranty) take a look. Just wanted some insight ahead of time since I have to book an appointment and travel 100 km to get there. Further ideas are appreciated
  8. Loud Noise - Skid Plates?

Hello Everyone, here is an issue that might have to do with the skid plates at the rear ... and only in the winter. So this is maybe only for you who have winter / snow. Whenever I hit a reasonable bump in the road I hear a loud clonk in the back, as if something is loose, especially passenger...
  9. Stalling and Engine Light on ...?

I did get a scan in town (free) ... just to show to the dealership and make sure it's save to drive. "Scanned for codes. Found ... blah blah ... Fuel Pump Module A Control Open Circuit" Since then the engine light is gone and did not return, Broncito runs and starts normal. Regardless, I have an...
  10. Stalling and Engine Light on ...?

Very unlikely. Its premium from the gas station I always go to. Never had a problem. Water entering from the outside is also not possible ... there is no water anywhere at -25C. The car is in a shelter, not a heated garage.
  11. Stalling and Engine Light on ...?

Hello All, I'm worried! Here is a description: It is very cold this morning (-25C / -13F). Bronco started like usual without problems (blockheater applied) After parking at work for a few minutes I was going to leave again. Started but immidiately stalled several times. Got it to keep idling by...
  12. Fan Only (Outside Air)

Well ... open the window  The main concern / benefit would be to get some fresh air without the window / wind noise
  13. Fan Only (Outside Air)

This might sound silly, but how do I run just "Fan Only" ...air from the outside? I can imagine (and did so) to have temperature control ON but temperature turned all the way down to "LOW". It seems to work but seems abnormally cold and the air conditioning LED comes on ...? Nothing is set to...
  14. Backup Camera Washer

Hard to believe but saves me going to the dealership. So far I noticed: "Easy-in ... Easy-Out" sliding seat is new, also garage door opener. Not very important, but why save by removing the backup washer? It's always dirty or full of droplets. Thanks for confirming.
