In reviewing my Preview order I notice it says Priority Code 10. I had read somewhere that it means an order built for a specific person and is higher on the priority scale? Is this correct?

"10" is the highest priority code for a retail customer order.
Dealerships use priority codes to prioritize orders for that particular dealership. As @realworld51 said customer retail orders are from 10 (highest priority) - 19. If a dealer enters 5 retail/customer orders into Ford’s ordering system, WBDO, the lowest number/highest priority code is scheduled first. Priority codes only matter for orders from that dealer. Dealer stock orders start with priority code 20, so they will schedule after their retail orders depending on allocation and commodity restrictions. It can be pretty complicated.
