Black exhaust tips options?

I'd like to dress up my tail pipes with some nice black exhaust tips and I'm looking for suggestions?
If anybody has one or more please chime in and thanks in advance for your thoughts...

Every thing I found was standard tail pipe color or chrome. You could buy something and paint it with black engine paint.
I had to bend down pretty far to see my pipe tips. What I want you to consider is departure angle.
I do drive off the beaten path a little and have already used most of that area.
These Sports are slung low, I'd not want to smash up or bend a pipe tip. I would not want any extra length at all back there.
You could spray your factory pipe tips black.

im not sure I measured the pipe and it looks to be 2” in width. The tips say they are 3” but I don’t understand what the size of the part that’s on the existing pipe. Doesn’t have enough information for me to know. I am not sure if that’s a standard size.

What you need are two 2 1/4" ID short order (custom made) 90 degree exhaust pipe elbows (one for each exhaust) for the inlet portion. The outlet ID/OD depends on what type of exhaust tip straight pipe you want to connect. I wouldn't hard pipe these puppies in because if you go off road you run the risk of damaging the exhaust system if you happen to make contact with say a rock. These are strictly for show on the street and are temp to perm based on your road preference.

Well yeah. They are chrome plated gold. I too have to get way too low to even see my exhaust pipes. Was shocked to see two billows of exhaust one chilly morning after I picked the bronco sport up.

haaa...read my mind Osco. I'd say the high heat spray is more than I would spend on a part I can't really see until I wash it. Departure angles were my other thoughts as well. I wonder how many of the young bucks have no idea what glasspacks are?

I bought these when I first got the Bronco. I returned them because 1) I didn't like the look with tips. 2) they would be a bit tricky to install because there is a bend right on each of the tailpipes and 3) it was hard to see them unless you get down and look for them. A lot of money that could go elsewhere. But they fit perfectly and have good construction.

I got these at Auto Zone, same model as the black ones except chromed. They stick out a little more than I would like, because of having to compensate for that odd angle bend on the tailpipes. I could push them in deeper, but then they would point outward at the same odd angles of the tail pipes. Because I had to install them so close to the end of the tailpipe to get them to look right, I further secured them with a piece of wire attached to the frame just in case the clamp bolts loosen, they wont fall out and go bouncing all over the highway.
