I mentioned this in another thread, the Offroad and Sport modes give you extra's, like the Gauge settings. Those pages are not available in the other modes. This drove me crazy when I picked mine up a month ago, even people at the dealer didn't know.

Yep. I saw that. But it should not change the myview or option to remove the myveiw configuration option. It was not there even when i changed back to normal. Just got stuck on "Bronco information"

It is interesting as what you report is what I saw.

Good luck finding root cause.

So did you encounter the same issue? How did you fix it? Did you need to remove the negative battery cable as well?

In my case it was just switching in and out of Sport/Offroad modes. It is very possible that my recollection is not exactly what you saw. Without seeing a picture of what you experienced, and my recollection of 3 weeks ago, it is quite possible that what I saw was not exactly the same.

In my case it started with seeing a post about adding the gauges, and I could not find the setting for that, until I ran into the Sport/Offroad GOAT modes that add that.

Frankly, why that is not available in all modes puzzles me, would be less code to have them available, I would sure like to see turbo boost for my normal driving as well.

It sounds different. I know what you are talking about, The gauges that you are talking about are the smaller bar gauges in the middle on the top. its like oil pressure gauge and things like that. My issue was with the my view selections that are below those in the middle. Things like the fuel economy, driver assist view, offroad view. things like that. It also would not change when I changed GOAT modes. If it happens again, i will take video.

Correct, in my case it was just that gauge setting option.

This happened to me a few days ago, and I was thinking that disconnecting the battery would do it. Trouble is, I was on vacation in a rental and didn't have the tool to do it.

The simpler solution that I found was to simply open the fuse panel beside the battery, no tools required, as it simply cuts all power flow :).

Just open the top cover and then the left and right connector as seen here. No need to even touch a fuse.
