I think that’s likely. They probably don’t bother to check the United tracking unless they’re watching for something for a specific reason, otherwise just check the standard Ford VVR.

I feel like I’m the only one not being transported by United.

same thing happened to me. I tried two different browsers on a PC with the same result of nothing happened.

so, this is definitely more interesting.....your car is shown still in "production" but a trucking company already has your car on their system data.

I just emailed my dealer to see what trucking company they use.

Still same all around for me, December order.

My Ford Chat "delivery window" was 7/25-7/29. I'm not holding my breath - but technically, they still aren't wrong.

I followed the instructions to create an account and my VIN wasn't showing. So according to this, it hasn't been picked up yet. My excitement was a bit short lived.

I just visited United Road, entered my VIN and saw a Load number come up and showed destination to my dealers old name.

Got this update today. I have had zero communications from Ford since 7/8. Hopefully this is good news for others too.

So used a different vin that is in stock at my dealership nothing mine nothing but used one I found on a different thread and it worked.....guessing my dealership doesn't use united. Anyone know who else ford may use?

Long story short, there are those of us in the same “lack of tracker updates” situation who have their BS’s on trucks on the way to the dealer. That, coupled with the FordPass tracking I had last Saturday, proves that the visibility report (and, thus, the tracker and follow up emails) are completely wrong on our vehicles. I’m going to stop stressing and believe mine is on the way in some form or fashion.

Although it IS my birthday and it would be a great gift to have it arrive today.

What I’ve learned from that United trucking, mine is going to ultimately end up on a truck in Chicago to go to the dealer. It’s got a planned load. But it hasn’t arrived at that location and put on the truck yet. Still have hope it’s somewhere in the Midwest on the rail line!
