??‍♀ It’s like hitting a wall all of the time. I just got off of the phone with my dealer. I asked for her to check the visibility report. She read exactly what Ford has told me many times about modules live 7/4 and “ in production” not released for shipping. She said that even though dealers get the reports on demand, the report isn’t always updated. Mine hasn’t been updated since 7/4. She said it would be updated once it is released to shipping. ??‍♀ So that report does me no good. I am still hopeful we are on a road trip with @Jenbeth and arriving within the ETA by ford??

I called the 800 number and was told the same thing built but not shipped and that the reports were updated Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to check with my dealership then.....

It actually keeps me hopeful that these vehicles are on the way. Maybe with the visibility report not updating on my car showing and not showing anything new, it just supports the whole computer glitch/oversight theory. Now the thought popped into my head with Ford being lax on their updates and documentation that my sport will get shipped to the wrong dealer and sold ? I really do know that can’t happen with the vin number assigned to me but the thought did cross my mind.

I was "in production, July 7" per the bubble tracking, bubble is still open though. I called ford customer service and it was "built" per them just not updated on the tracker. I'm not sure how to tell if all modules are "live".

The ford customer service said it was "estimated delivery 7-13 Aug" though.
Mine went into production July 4, still no movement on my order.

Because the plant was shut down for two weeks I don't see this delay as unusual. Prior to that, they were in production for 14-18 days. With the plant shut down 30+ days is probably what you should expect.

I see you are in Abbotsford (same as me), some of the local dealerships have Bronco Sports on their lots, just fyi. I ordered from MSA.

Maybe I was tracking all this wrong... But, I've been "In Production" since 6/23 (my invoice date). I've been told from Ford and my dealer my BS is showing as "Produced" aka built since 7/4. That means it was sitting awaiting shipment for a whole week before the shut down even happened. Details aside, if what you're saying is right and the whole production process should take 30+ days with the shut down. I'm right around that now.

I know there is nothing I can do. I know there are people waiting longer than me (... but I think I am starting to creep up that list of people waiting a while..). All I can do is try to be patient. Basically, I'm waiting for a call from the dealer it randomly showed up, an Email from Ford that it was "Built" and Shipped, or the 45 day promised follow up Email from Ford because we haven't heard from them in too long.

The inconsistency from FoMoCo is ridiculous. So this sys you are built but not updated on the tracker, so what else is not updated on the tracker? Why have a tracker?

Was looking on Facebook bronco site and a girl on there said hers was supposed to be in production July 8 week and she said she got an email saying it was delayed due to supply chain to the 14th then got email today saying hers is built. And expected delivery end of august sometime…WTH…

OrderTrack was the only thing that consistently worked for me (this is not a FordMoCo tracker, it is a third-party tracker). Ford.ca never really worked for tracking. Since I'm from Canada we received no emails from Ford, it has to do with our strict privacy laws. All communication came from the dealership.

Mine mirror each other and I check both 100+ times a day. Now it looks like people built right before AND right after us are built and shipped while we sit in limbo.

And still absolutely no communication from FoMoCo, there is no excuse for this.
