Ordered 11/27/21, still yet to be scheduled for production. Should I be concerned?

Hi all, new to the forum here... I Ordered a 2022 BS Badlands Carbonized Gray (PP, moonroof, Co-Pilot360, tow pack) on 11/27/2021. I received an email confirmation from Ford the same day, but radio silence since. My sales rep hasn't been super helpful when I have reached out to him for an update. Any idea when my BS should go into production/ when I can expect a VIN/ and what my estimated delivery would be? Any and all information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Same boat. My sales guy is a great guy to be sure, but I’m not sure they’re given any real info to work with. I’m also not sure they’re used to dealing with people who scour forums for more information than they’re given.

Now having said that, my build is much the same as yours (minus the moonroof, & different color) and I ordered 11/6/21. Nothing either yet. I don’t think they’re up to scheduling November order dates yet, so probably nothing too much to worry about. But it sure would be nice to know more. Here’s hoping soon for us November folks!

Nope, at least 3 months before you will get a production date, more likely even longer.

You’ve got a ways to go unfortunately. I’d guess a build date sometime in March would likely be realistic.

Looks like I’ll have plenty of time to order my accessories so I can start my mini overlanding build

What's this based on? Saw a couple 11/1 order get scheduled in Nov/Dec... I'm not sure any of us really know for sure how it will work without some sort of inside info.

It's the timeline based on the most recent batch of scheduling they did. End of October orders won't be built until end of January/early February.

I think people are mixing up receiving the production week and when that week will be.

I think it's usually done on Thursday? Or at least they send out the email on Thursday.

I believe they send out email confirmations on Thursday/ Fridays

I ordered 11/26 and got a production date yesterday of 2/21. Hopefully yours will be scheduled soon if it hasn't already.

Haven’t heard anything as of today unfortunately, and I ordered a day after you. How did you spec yours out?
