Keyfob - what does holding the lock and unlock buttons same time do

I was messing with my keyfob seeing if there was a way to disable to horn when leaving the vehicle running. Saw this on a different ford car. I discovered the only way to disable that now is forscan.
However holding those two buttons together makes the hazards flash twice after a few seconds of holding. Anyone know what that is actually doing?

It changes from just unlocking the driver's door only to unlocking all 4 doors with the remote.
