Volume , sound alert not working . Even radio turn on

Any one can help me pls . I don’t a sound or volume even my radio is turn on . I noticed even my alert sound sensor when backing up there is no sound . Maybe a fuse ? Got my bronco last March 23 . Thank you for any advise .

Appears that it would still be under warranty. If checking the fuse for the radio does not indicate a blown fuse, then take it in. Fuse assignments can be found in your owners manual.

If the fuse was blown, then I'd still be wanting to know what blew it, and would have it checked out under warranty.
